Dr. Diana Haladay

Assistant Professor in the School of Business Administration, holds a PhD in human and organizational systems from the Fielding Graduate University, USA. Her area of concentration is leadership development, especially as it relates to leading in the 21st century and the challenges of global leadership.

Dr. Haladay has more than ten years of teaching experience in management development, strategic planning and leadership at the graduate and undergraduate levels. She also has more than twelve years experience in industry, in the US and overseas (Africa, Asia, Europe and Central America). Some of her industry experience included working with Fortune 500 companies, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and for-profit and non-profit companies in the publishing and healthcare industries.

Working in collaboration with senior management, Dr. Haladay has enabled organizations to design strategies for increasing the effectiveness of performance and organizational systems as well as designing effective change management interventions.
